Flowers are natural, perishable products. We handle quality concerns fairly and quickly.
Report a concern quickly
If an order arrives damaged or materially different from what was ordered, contact us on the delivery day with your order number and clear photos.
Resolution
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate. Natural variation in colour, bloom stage and stem size is not a defect.
Cancellations
Contact us as early as possible. Orders already harvested, packed or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.
